My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and crisp linens, though the shower pan had some black stains that were off-putting. Unfortunately, there was quite a disturbance one night with a group of young guys partying until the early hours. The service, however, was outstanding with a level of professionalism and kindness that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the center of Yerevan, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was good but slightly expensive, with a variety of options available.
